On this month’s Patch Tuesday event, Microsoft released cumulative updates for Windows 10 Version 1909, Version 1903, and Version 1809 three feature updates. The offline installation package can be accessed at the link below this article.

Like previous Patch Tuesdays, KB4540673 will be automatically installed on Windows 10 Version 1909 and Version 1903 feature updates, and the version numbers will be increased to Build 18363.719 and Build 18362.719 respectively after installation.
Windows 10 builds 18363.719 and 18362.719 only focus on security fixes and improvements, but the patch is aimed entirely at enterprise users and doesn’t provide bug fixes for regular users. However, it is still recommended that consumers install the patch to ensure security and general improvements.
Microsoft said this update fixes an issue that prevented Windows 10 from downloading and installing monthly updates due to corrupted third-party programs. The patch may finally resolve various Windows Update installation issues and bugs, but we’ll have to watch over the next few weeks.
This update also includes security fixes for Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Windows Authentication, Windows Peripherals, Windows Media, Windows Silicon Platform, Windows App Platform and Frameworks, Windows Server, Windows Fundamentals, and Windows Update Stack.
Microsoft says there is currently a known issue with the update where some Win32 applications may not run in Windows Server containers.
